Technology & production capacity
Malaysian dipping lines, electronically tested output
Our production floor runs Malaysian-built dipping and former lines — the same class of equipment used by WHO-prequalified suppliers — supported by automated foiling and cartoning.
Installed capacity stands at 168 million pieces per year, with 100% electronic pinhole testing and statistical airburst, tensile and dimensional sampling on every lot.

Optimized facility design
46,000 sq ft engineered around one continuous flow
Compounding, dipping, vulcanising, testing, foiling and packing sit under one roof in a linear layout that removes cross-handling and shortens changeover time between customer specifications.
Controlled storage, segregated quarantine areas and traceable batch records keep every consignment audit-ready for regulators and tender inspections.

Quality
Compliance is the product
Products are manufactured and released to ISO 4074 requirements and India's Medical Device Rules 2017, with retained samples and stability data held for the full shelf life.
Documentation packs — certificates of analysis, batch records, test reports — accompany every shipment, so your regulatory team never has to chase paperwork after landing.

Sustainability commitment
Responsible latex sourcing and lower-impact operations
Natural rubber latex sourced from plantations operating under sustainable tapping practices, with supplier documentation retained per batch.
Effluent treatment, water recirculation on the leaching stages and recyclable outer packaging reduce the footprint of every million pieces produced.
